new map of Anavasis 1.70(much much information in it!! is 167mb)

including

1.Bluechart atlantic v2008/tides and marines services
2.ANAVASI base and detail map

(just replace the map with name GMAPSUPP.IMG that excists in the program with the anavasis map)
if it needs register,do it with the same way as I say in "how to.txt"
