Ok since you guys have a post members photo thread I will suggest you guys to create a sub forum just for users to post their photo.
I have seen it other forums and it does get more respond then the way you guys have it now. And looks much better.
Give it sometime and it will grow slowly

Every users can start their own thread there and post their photo. It will be easier to find the photo and reply to them.
