pls help... my compaq cq40 laptop's dvdrw cannot read on files from any cds that i put in & that's only after i've ran kaspersky on my system & i guess it changed something about autoplay properties of the dvdrw. now, whenever i try to install a program or play from cd drive something like BLANK CD message pops out. what do you think is wrong? i've tried checking autoplay option from control panel but its still the same thing. i actually dont know where to go. anyone pls help me coz i really need to install a program right now... in advance
