UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: CLEANUP SYSTEM ! and BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20

Nothing is well!!!

As you it can observe I have bought the GTS and the HWK.
I have download since support site of the GTS these files:
HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000
HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000

And from rapidshared these files (according to file Hwk Suite 2.0.8.000 to 2.0.8.002_Rapid Share Link.txt of the place of backup of the
GTS):
HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.08.001
HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.08.002
HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.08.003
HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.08.004
HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.08.005

And desire to install to bring up to date my new one HWK, but I obtain the following errors:
1. UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20
2. UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: CLEANUP SYSTEM !


Step by step.

First Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000.
Executing the HWK Update Client.

Click in the button NEXT.

It shows the information of the serial numbers there I am identifiers (hidden).
Click in the button START HWK UPDATE.

Click in the button SUPPORT SITE. UNTIL HERE All OK !!!

Now when I execute the application HWK_DCTxBB5_v1.4d
Click in the button CONNECT.
UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20

when execute the application DCTxBB5_v2.0.8.0
UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: CLEANUP SYSTEM !

PC Info: Windows XP Profesinal
Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Intel Core Duo CPU T2350
1 Gb RAM
Internet Connection by MODEM 56k v92

My English is not very good.
I expect can help me.

I could help me to update the HWK???
I need a manual or tutorial to bring up to update the HWK???
