Dear Members:

It is time for us to choose the best member of the year 2009. As in last year, we do this to recognize and honor one Member who in one way or another had made a significant contribution to the whole iPmart forum in general and to you specifically in particular.

Please check on the mechanics and criteria that should be followed in the nomination and voting:

1. Members who are registered in the forum for at least one (1) month from today will be the only ones eligible to nominate and vote for this competition;

2. All active current members are the only ones eligible to get nomination and be voted;

3. Mechanics for nomination of Best Member of the Year:

• Post the name of the member you want to nominate in this thread;
• A member is entitled to just one nomination only. If a member nominates more than one name, only the first name he nominated will be counted;
• The top 10 nominated names will only be the ones to be polled in another thread that will be created on 12 January 2010. Member with the most nominations from different eligible members gets the better chance to be in the top 10;
• Admin/Super moderators Team will be the ones to tabulate the nominations based on the above rule.
  

4. Criteria for Selecting the Best Member of the Year

• He/She must be a member of the forum for at least 1 (one) month from today;
• He/She should be a member who has contributed to uplift the image of the forum with his creations, shares and help/support to members;
• He/She must be a good role model with good character inside the forum
  

Polling officially start on 12 January 2010 and will run up until 26 January 2010. The winner will be announced on January, 27.

For people asking if they can nominate a Moderator or an Admin FOR THE TITLE AS 'Best Admin/Moderator Of The Year', you don't need to do that as ALL members of the iPmart Team are automatically added in the poll for the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which will be in a separate thread created on 12 January 2010. All you need to do is to vote the best Moderator/Admin.
