It is more complete and fully unlocked.

Here is Galaxy On Fire 2 for SonyEricsson J2ME totally in english and totally off-line version.
You have the full story mode and the full experience of the game minus the online features.
There is no activation online process, no validation process at each game start, no online score roster and no online load/save service, but the game is fully playable and fully in english.
If you have previous version, simply overwrite it and you will not lose your savegame files.
