Hello and thank you for your helpful forum.

When I clicked the activation link, I was taken to a page that asked for additional details, after I completed it and clicked the proceed link, after several minutes it showed a page that said it had taken too long. I hit the back buton several times and each time the same result.

I can login but cannot access the options page on my CP, nor can I download, it says:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Even after loging in.

Please help!
