S^3 FileBrowser from R&D

With all capabilities. Can read/write anywhere on drives (Z drive is read only)

Compiled for S^3 platform by PNHT (or maybe HyperX, i dont know). Thanks

My domainsrv runs sysap and splashscreen from C drive

sysap features:

- Disabled Charging notes
- Removed FM transmitter on/off notifications
- Removed Leave offline mode query to access network. For power key event.
- Bluetooth stays on when switching to offline mode
- Lock screen and keyboard replaced by Reboot phone
- Poweroff NOKIA splash shows from c:/resource/apps/sysap.mif

splashscreen shows NOKIA image when launching from c:/resource/apps/splashscreen.mif
