Default Getting [+12 Volts] out of recommended range. (11.062v) error in Intel Desktop Utlity

    Hi friends..

Just bought a new Processor and motherboard of Intel, here are the specs..

Motherboard DH55TC and i3 540 processor.. I have installed evertything and then Intel Desktop Utilities, but as soon as I installed IDU, I am getting this error...

[+12 Volts] out of recommended range. (11.062v) It's somehow related to voltage, I don't know what is this and of about what area. My SMPS is an old one and I am not sure whether I should go for a new one or this is something else ..?

Can someone help me please.. Here is screenshot..
