Png's size is commonly greater than jpg , so if u want to decrease

size according to the forum criteria u ve to convert it to jpg it can be apply in semi

tranparent vb default theme or as u wish simply open this png to photoshop add a layer below it nd

fill with this rgb code #f2f6f8 press ctrl+shift+s decrease the file size nd save.Don't ask again with file size or

file type issue. ]
if want to use it as facebook avatar u ve to add white backgroung in it.it is so simple so do't bother me!!
