Hi guys, i hope someone can help. have a friend who bought a sprint 9930 and there is "activation required" where the carrier name would have been. I had a similar issue with my 9550 i bought from verizon an i found how to fix it by dialing ##000000. but it seems that does not work for sprint, when i try it says "invalid password".
ive tried googling it but i keep getting sites to pay for what they call a msl code. but if it can be done free from verizon i figure there must be a way to do it without paying.
