Change Username

Hi, I didn't know where to post this, Is it possible to change my username/log in? My email that I used to join this forum was hacked and raped. So I changed my email on iPmart quickly but wasn't fast enough to change it on other sites. So I was wondering if I can change my username/log in as everything associated with my username (on various web-pages/forums) has been edited or deleted.

Also, My birth date should be 1985, it's listed as 1975. Can someone change that aswell please?
