After few hours search i've completed gathering tools and instructions needed to install androis ICS on Nokia N9 and also dual boot.

Use these instructions and tools with your own risk.

I am giving you only the tools i've found , not any warranties if you brick your phone.

Some times luck helps the brave ones.
