i've tried to connect to ipmart via Tapatalk but i get this error message, no matter how many times i clear the cache or reinstall the app:

"You have either entered an invalid username/password, or your administrator has restricted access via Tapatalk."

both the username and password are correctly entered and i don't have any problem connecting to other forums, though.
