ANNOYING issue:

Upon restart, my phone is completely unusable (I cannot swype through homescreens, or click any item on homescreen, also small clock at the top right corner is gone). I can only do pull-down (notification menu), and if I choose alarm clock from there, clock is back on screen top ????

Reason for this behavior is weatherpublisher.exe (located at Z:\sys\bin, I cannot delete it, I can only terminate process, but I have to do this EVERY time I restart phone).

Once terminated, phone behaves as usual - no issues at all.

How can I delete/stop weatherpublisher.exe? I don't use any weather widget on my homescreens, so why this process is started by default?
