I don't know if this is the right thread to post on but anyway here's my problem about my external hard drive, every time I plugged it, it doesn't show any errors, the drive can be detected but when you open it the files are gone, I checked folder options maybe some kind of virus hid it, when i checked on the properties of the drive it is 0 bytes.. I want to retrieve the files on my external hard drive, and another problem is there is no format option.. have you encountered this before?? thanks in advance!!
