3 Questions about my BB 8800 please help?

I have a BB 8800 (yeah I know its an old one but its a stand by )

1.Its unlocked but has the Operator logo at boot up is there a way to remove this, if so how?

2.Using Win7 x32 with BB Desktop Software 7 my phone constantly disconnects with USB after a few seconds is there fix for this?
Tried on another PC with different cable and still the same as soon as it shows Apps or Files within 10 secs it disconnects.

3.How do you install jad file or cod files?
I have a folder with cod files in and 1 jad..... its the ColorID that I cant get

4.Tried Desktop manager 4.2 and the newest Desktop Software 7.1
But still cant see my 2GB memory card I inserted

I can see it through BB not through my computer or the manager/software .... any ideas?
