Greetings
Is there a way other than taking my phone to Nokia Care Center, to get Belle Refresh up to my C7-00 phone?
I installed Nokia Suite latest from nokia site, after syncing the phone with it, no updates are available in the "Software Update".
I called Nokia (via live chat) they said the phone was bought from another region (country) so can't be upgraded online!!!!

Is there anyway to solve this problem, online?
