I'm searching for an aandroid Notepad aplication with a widget for the main screen:

A few months ago i was using a android application with a widget for the screen: I use to make my shopping list... i have reset pe phone and have no idea what application is was!?

THE WIDGET looks like: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - But for the Home Screen...

Any ideas?
