Configuration Settings for Spyware Doctor Users:

Sonork uses a small application to intelligently monitor users for inactivity. This process is being identified as a KeyLogging activity by the Spyware Doctor Software. AT NO TIME IS ANY INFORMATION TRACKED OR MONITORED FROM ANY OF OUR USERS. The activity monitoring is only used to reduce unnecessary client-server "keep alive" network monitoring messages.

Use the following steps to have Spyware Doctor identify Sonork as a safe application.

From the Spyware Doctor Configuration Panel, click the "OnGuard" tab on the left menu selection. This will bring you to a Configuration Menu. You will need to add Sonork to the Keylogger Guard and Process Guard features of Spyware Doctor. Starting with Keylogger Guard, click the tab to launch a configuration window to allow you to add a safe application. Then click on the Add application link. If you used Sonork's default directory settings during installation, the program to add should be located at C:\Program Files\Sonork. Select the Sonork.exe file and click the "Open" button to add the file. Repeat these steps for the Process Guard tab as well. When completed, close the Spyware Doctor application and then restart it and this will now allow Sonork to run properly.

We have contacted the makers of Spyware Doctor to ensure these are the proper steps. In addition, we have become aware that the auto launch feature of Sonork is being affected. Should Sonork close on start-up, just restart the process.
