Default TT work -Navigate to postcode

Hi
I am testing new version of tomtom work.I have this delivery in the midle of nowhere with just postcode and house name, but tomtom still asking me for house number. No accepting Postcode only. If I put house number in it will takes me a miles away from where I should be.I did not have a same problem with oldest version of work 8.070
Is it only me or is there enybody else with this kind of problem?

I still using good old 815.2112. But this problem appears twice in whole history of TT (using tomtom since version 3).Ones with normal "car" TT which they corected this after a week a now with new truck. If you are using truck in some places, especially countryside it become useless.Have they done it for purpose??? This is serious problem

I do not thinks this is something to do with postcode. It is some programe modification done for purposse.Try to ask other truck users.

I think you will find it's the navcore somewhere along the line TT in their infinite wisdom took it out of their navs, it worked with 8.010 then they stopped offering you the anywhere option it is back in 9.026 but I know that doesn't help you with a truck nav.

I think marachi14 is saying even with the latest postcode zip file 8.070 used to offer you an anywhere option after you input the poscode now you have to put a house number to complete the input and sometimes when there is no number available and you guess it can take you nowhere near your destination. It seems the later truck navs don't have the anywhere option.

no , postcode without housenumber does not exist
TT fills in first number available automatically
but it does work , in any truck-nav
